The Weight Loss phase is designed to optimize fat loss through nutritional ketosis (a safe and natural state in which the body mobilizes stored fat as its alternative energy source). Lean body mass is preserved through an adequate daily intake of high biological protein. Essential nutrients and provided through daily supplements, water and low-glycemic vegetables.
Following weight loss, the body fights to regain lost weight by increasing hunger and cravings, and by burning fewer calories. The purpose of Stabilization is to adjust macronutrient intake (protein/fat/carbs) in the right portions to effectively manage hunger, promote greater satiety and maintain weight loss. Weekly follow-up sessions are designed to track weight trends and adjust macros as needed.
For the first 12 months following Stabilization, you will continue to be supported by your coach and will receive ongoing education and strategies for maintaining weight loss.
